SPARK is a website that allows children and adolescents to self-report their symptoms using SSPedi, view reports of their scores and share their scores with their families and healthcare professionals. It also allows healthcare professionals to have easy access to care pathways.

SSPedi (Symptom Screening in Pediatrics tool) is an easy way for children and adolescents receiving cancer treatments to track their symptoms.
SSPedi has 15 symptoms and asks children and adolescents about how much each symptom bothered them yesterday or today.

Care pathways describe local standards of care. SPARK includes evidence-based care pathways to guide supportive care including symptom management.
